Bromophenol blue, Practical grade is a beige to brown or purple crystaline powder used as an acid-base indicator and a gel electrophoresis color marker.
Blue has a wavelength of around 480 nm and will make your sample visible. If your sample is too concentrated you can dissolve it in water.
Wear respiratory protection. Avoid breathing vapors, mist or gas. Ensure adequate ventilation. Evacuate personnel to safe areas.
